Every experience you’re having in pregnancy is welcome with me.

I was forever shaped and changed by birth. I needed more support than I knew how to ask.

Now, I have become the person I needed on my team when I was in your position. I have dedicated my life to helping support expecting women and parents where they are.

  • A doula is non medical professional that helps you navigate and support your journey throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We offer emotional support, physical support, advocacy, empowerment, referrals and resources, and partner support.

  • No way! We are there to support them and help them shine.

  • Choosing a doula is a deeply personal choice. It is more than just credentials and what looks good on paper. It is chemistry, feels and all the vibes. If you wouldn’t want to be their friend, then they are probably not the doula for you.

  • I want to show up for you wherever you are, where you decide to birth is your choice. I support home births, hospital births, birthing center births, as wells as planned or unplanned cesareans.

  • I am an energetic person that has always had a gift of reading the room. I am attuned to other’s needs innately, allowing you to dig deep down and focus without having to worry about the outside world. I like to bring my sense of humor into our meetings and be your pregnancy bestie, that will never judge you for dropping a F bomb, or saying you need me to be the door bouncer for your mother-in-law.
