  • A doula is non medical professional that helps you navigate and support your journey throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We offer emotional support, physical support, advocacy, empowerment, referrals and resources, and partner support.

  • NO! This is a common misconception. We are part of your birth team, and support you as a unit. We want the most prized and sacred moments to be between you and your partner. We give them the tools to shine and be an absolute legend during your birth.

  • Then that’s okay! Doulas are not just for home births, most doulas will support you at birth centers, hospitals, planned or unplanned caesarean’s or at home. We want to show up for you wherever you are, where you decide to birth is your choice.

  • Choosing a doula is a deeply personal choice. It is more than just credentials and what looks good on paper. It is chemistry, feels and all the vibes. If you wouldn’t want to be their friend, then they are probably not the doula for you.

  • I am an energetic person that has always had a gift of reading the room. I am attuned to other’s needs innately, allowing you to dig deep down and focus without having to worry about the outside world. I like to bring my sense of humor into our meetings and be your pregnancy bestie, that will never judge you for dropping a F bomb, or saying you need me to be the door bouncer for your mother-in-law.
