  • Upon hire I am available to support you throughout your pregnancy. That includes

    • 2 to 3 Prenatal Appointments

      We discuss and unpack emotions surrounding your pregnancy and birth, hands on phsyical support and exercises, discuss birth and pregnancy education, birth plan help, and postpartum plans.

    • Partner Support

      I help your partner feel prepared to best support you during birth and postpartum

    • Phone and Text support

      From the moment you hire me I am here for you

    • Referrals and Resources

    • 24/7 On Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks

    • Birth Support During Labor

      Up to 16 hours of of continous labor support, and a trusted backup doula if needed

    • 1-3 Hours Immediate Postpartum Support

      Assisting with intial breastfeeding, mother care and getting family settled

    • Detailed Notes and Momentos of Your Birth

    • OnePostpartum Home Visit

      Supporting emotional and physical needs after birth. Ensuring you have postpartum suport

    I offer my services on a sliding scale, without any proof of finances, using the “Green Bottle Method” of need.

    Investment $1600-$2000

Do not let finances be the thing that holds you back from Doula care. I offer flexible payment plans, and encourage folks to use services like Be Her Village where you can register for doula services just like you would for a baby shower.

As Doulas, we do not:

  • Perform clinical tasks such as blood pressure, fetal heart checks, vaginal exams, newborn and other medical exams. We are there to provide physical comfort, emotional support, advocacy, and evidence-based information. 

  • We do not make decisions for you. We will help source evidence-based information for you so that you can make informed choices, and remind you if there is a departure from your birth plan during labor. 

  • We do not speak for you to medical staff when decisions need to be made. We are happy to discuss your concerns with you, but you or your partner will speak directly to the clinical staff. 

  • We cannot dispense or prescribe any medications or diagnose conditions.

  • We cannot guarantee a certain outcome for your birth, nor we do have the power to change your birth.
